Welcome
The Front Lawn Way
Welcome to Our School Community

It is my absolute privilege to welcome you to our school. As Headteacher, I am immensely proud to lead a community where children are supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their fullest potential every single day. Our school's spirit, 'Only the best is good enough,' is a mindset our staff and pupils share. It means giving our all every day—both in how we learn, teach and how we treat one another.
At the heart of everything we do are three simple yet powerful expectations that guide our culture and daily lives: Ready, Respectful, and Safe.
-
Ready We nurture a lifelong love for learning. Being Ready means arriving each day with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset. We equip our pupils with the independence, resilience and tools they need to embrace new challenges, ask big questions and take ownership of their personal learning journey.
-
Respectful We are a kind, inclusive and compassionate community. Being Respectful means celebrating diversity, listening to one another, and treating everyone with empathy and courtesy. We teach our pupils the value of polite interactions, strong relationships and caring for both our school environment and the wider world.
-
Safe The physical, emotional and mental well-being of our pupils is our highest priority. Being Safe means creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels secure enough to take risks in their learning, make mistakes and grow. We foster a culture of trust and belonging where children know they are always listened to and valued.
We firmly believe that a child’s education is a collaborative journey between home and school. By working closely with parents, carers and our local community, we ensure that every child feels supported to shine and work towards our ultimate aim of 'being the heartbeat of the community where everyone can soar.'
Whether you are a prospective family looking for the right school for your child, or a current member of our community, I encourage you to explore our website or visit us in person to experience our vibrant school culture firsthand.

Involvement of parents and carers in the education of their children is of the utmost importance. We frequently run events such as open mornings, workshops and coffee mornings as well as weekly celebration assemblies.
To keep up to date with what's happening at school we also have a Facebook page which over 500 parents already follow. If you 'Like' the page then you will get messages and reminders automatically.
We are sure your child will be very happy during their time at Front Lawn and if you ever have any questions, concerns or feedback then please come and see a member of staff who will always be happy to help.
